I absolutely LOVE living in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! I have worked as a licensed Realtor in the Austin/Central Texas area since September 2000. I currently specialize in helping investors find well-qualified tenants for their investment properties and assisting my investor-clients in purchasing additional properties with good rental potential. I also enjoy helping first time buyers find their dream home, assisting move-up buyers and working with sellers in selling their properties!

My background: I'm a native Texan, born and raised in the South Texas Brush Country. I grew up on a cattle ranch riding horses, feeding chickens and riding in the pick up with my dad to "go check on the cattle". My parents typically worked sun up to sun down to get all the daily chores done when we weren't in school, we were expected to pitch in as well. It was not as glamourous as Little House on the Prairie, but it taught me a lot about hard work, common sense and making a difference in the world. Today, I employ that same dedication and work ethic to helping my clients with their real estate transactions, whether they're leasing, buying or selling, to ensure a happy outcome. Outside Interests:

This country girl still loves animals! I'm "owned" by several Siamese cats and I sponsor a horse at Spirit Reins Ranch, a non-profit that provides equine-assisted psychotherapy for abused and neglected children. I also have an avid interest for wildlife conservation and am a volunteer with the Balcones Canyonland National Wildlife Refuge.
